DraftKings Main CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football (10/26/24)

Jeremiah Smith - College Football Rankings, NCAA CFB DFS Lineup Picks

Mike's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for Saturday's Main Slate (10/26/24). His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We have another dozen games on the main slate today and there are some good ones to start the day. Ohio State hosts Nebraska. That never ends well for the Huskers. We have the Irish and Navy from the Meadowlands. Tulane is in the metroplex to face North Texas. Ole Miss hosts a struggling Oklahoma team. We have the Huskies playing another morning game on Central time in Madison.

The afternoon opens with Missouri in Tuscaloosa. BYU heads to the Bounce House to take on UCF. Texas Tech takes on TCU in the Battle for the Saddle in Fort Worth. Illinois heads to Oregon to take on the Ducks. Maryland heads to Minneapolis to go Gopher hunting. Cal hosts the Beavers. We end the afternoon with Texas heading up to Nashville to take on Vanderbilt.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 10/26/24, locking at noon EDT. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Josh Hoover, TCU ($8.5K)

This is a get-right game for Hoover after struggling against Utah and Houston. That helps keep the price down. Texas Tech is allowing a staggering 303.1 passing yards per game. He may get picked off once or twice, but 300 yards seems to be the floor today.

Jake Retzlaff, BYU($8K)

Retzlaff only completed half of his passes against Oklahoma State, but the part that everyone remembers will be Retzlaff leading his team back for a big win at home to keep the undefeated season alive. Retzlaff is a deceptively good runner as well for some added upside against a UCF defense that struggles to control the run.

Jacurri Brown, Central Florida ($7K)

BYU's defense is opportunistic, but they do allow yards. Using Brown is like paying $7K for a running back who might mess around and throw for 200 yards. He's not much of a threat through the air, but it's all gravy at this price.

Darian Mensah, Tulane ($5K)

The price on Mensah is an absolute steal. He has had a couple of pedestrian games lately, but we all saw what he did against South Florida, right? 29.74 DraftKings points in a blowout win.

Tulane won't blow out North Texas, but I do expect the Mean Green to get some points. Mensah is a great value play in any lineup. North Texas allows 285.4 passing yards per game on the season. That can pile up points in a hurry.

Also consider: Chandler Morris, North Texas ($8.9K); Will Howard, Ohio State ($7.9K); Diego Pavia, Vanderbilt ($7.2K); Tayven Jackson, Indiana ($6.6K); Max Brosmer, Minnesota ($5K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Tahj Brooks, Texas Tech ($8.8K)

Another week, another 100-yard rushing game for Brooks. He also caught a season-high four passes which is just free points on top of the rushing bonus. This is a solid matchup for Brooks, but honestly, he has done this against everyone. He's almost matchup-proof.

Makhi Hughes, Tulane ($7.4K)

Hughes has topped 100 yards in three of the last four games. 100 yards seems like the bare minimum here against a North Texas defense (I use that term loosely) that allows 160.29 rushing yards and almost two rushing touchdowns per game.

Quintrevion Wisner, Texas ($4.8K)

Wisner was contained by Georgia, but he still caught five passes to help salvage his day. His price is so low that we don't need a monster game from Wisner to pay off this price. His work in the passing game (nine receptions in the last two games) gives him a floor that few backs at this price have.

Marcus Carroll, Missouri ($4K)

Carroll was a workhorse at Georgia Southern last year, so I have no issues with him handling the featured back duties with Nate Noel sidelined. Carroll has scored four touchdowns in the last two games. He could see a massive workload against Alabama today. Use Carroll in any type of lineup.

Also consider: R.J. Harvey, Central Florida ($9.2K); Jordan James, Oregon ($7.8K); Sedrick Alexander, Vanderbilt ($4.4K); Trent Battle, TCU ($4K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Jack Bech, TCU ($8K)

Bech isn't the fastest guy that TCU has, but he might have the best hands of any receiver in the conference. Houston and Utah succeeded in holding him, but Texas Tech doesn't have the defense to pull that off. We could see another 10-catch performance out of Bech today.

Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State ($7.3K)

Smith has caught at least one touchdown in every game this season and has no fewer than 70 yards. That sets his floor at 13 DraftKings points and that's without considering receptions. The Nebraska defense has been pretty good this year, but pretty good isn't going to cut it. Indiana marched up and down the field on them last week.

Giles Jackson, Washington ($5.4K)

Indiana's defense is stout, but Jackson is still going to have a successful day from a DFS standpoint. He put up 183 DraftKings points against Michigan and 15.3 against Iowa. Why? He catches a lot of short passes. He piles up points in receptions, occasionally finding the end zone.

Eli Stowers, Vanderbilt ($4.4K)

The former quarterback has morphed into an all-world tight end. Stowers has topped 100 yards in three of his past five games. He was instrumental in the upset of Alabama. He will be again if the Dores are going to knock off Texas.

Jack Endries, California ($4K)

Endries has 20 catches for 298 yards and two touchdowns over the last three games alone. Cal is finding their tight end everywhere on the field right now. Endries is easily their most reliable receiver.

Also consider: Tai Felton, Maryland ($8.8K); Luther Burden III, Missouri ($7.5K); Josh Kelly, Texas Tech ($6.8K); Darius Lassiter, BYU ($5.8K); Savion Williams, TCU ($5.1K); Trent Walker, Oregon State ($4.6K); Jacob Jordan, Oklahoma ($4.1K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

TCU

What makes TCU a better stack than the team opposite them is that Texas Tech loves to throw to everyone. TCU has a very clear-cut hierarchy, making a stack easy. Hoover, Bech, Savion Williams, and Trent Battle form a very nice GPP stack and are surprisingly affordable.

BYU

UCF gives up a ton of yards, especially through the air. Retzlaff, Lassiter, and Chase Roberts are nice pieces. You can add LJ Martin if you trust any BYU backs.

Also consider: Tulane, Texas Tech, Minnesota
