Minnesota Twins shortstop prospect Kaelen Culpepper is being promoted to High-A Cedar Rapids after a solid debut at Single-A. The 21-year-old slashed .297/.366/.541 with a pair of home runs, a pair of stolen bases, and a 3:2 BB:K in nine games. The Twins selected Culpepper 21st overall in this year's draft and slots in as the seventh-ranked Twins prospect according to MLB.com's August refresh. The Kansas State product isn't expected to debut in the big leagues for a few years, but has a solid hit tool and is able to use the entire field, although he'll need to make some adjustments in order to hit for more power.--Jarod Rupp - RotoBaller
