Boston Bruins right wing David Pastrnak was the star man in Thursday's big matchup against Colorado, lifting his team to a 5-2 win with his 18th career hat trick. The Bruins star needed only 44 seconds to open the scoring, and he struck a late power-play goal along with an empty-netter. Pastrnak has been playing some of his best hockey of the season as of late, registering three consecutive games with multiple points. He's already had five multi-point efforts for the month, piling up seven goals and seven assists in seven January appearances. Sitting on 29 goals and 35 assists through 44 outings, Pastrnak has a chance to become the first player in the 30-30 club this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
