New Orleans Saints wide receiver Jontre Kirklin flashed upside in the preseason victory over the Chargers, grabbing all three targets for 59 yards. Kirklin was a star last season in the XFL for the Houston Roughnecks, where he scored four touchdowns in four weeks prior to a season-ending injury. While making the roster is a longshot considering he has to beat out Shaquan Davis, Lynn Bowden, Tre'Quan Smith, Keith Kirkwood, and Bryan Edwards for the WR5 spot, the former LSU wideout could be a practice squad candidate for New Orleans.--Brant Henson - RotoBaller
