Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams (hand) returned to training camp practice on Monday after missing the last two practices. He wore a cast over the left hand that he re-injured at the end of the team's first camp practice. Adams didn't appear to be limited in practice on Monday, and any surgery that he has on his left hand likely won't be until after the 2022 season. The 26-year-old All-Pro safety played with a cast on his hand for part of last season and finished with 87 tackles (56 solo), four tackles for loss, two interceptions and five passes defensed in 12 games. It was also the first year in his five NFL seasons that he didn't record a sack. Although Adams will have to play through his hand injury this year, he's still in the conversation to be the first defensive back off the board in IDP leagues.--Keith HernandezRead More News
