Josh Jacobs, RB, Packers

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs has been playing through a calf injury in recent weeks, but he looked fully healthy in the Week 9 loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday at Lambeau Field. Jacobs led the backfield with 17 carries for 87 yards (5.1 yards per tote) and a touchdown, scoring for the fifth straight week and for the 10th time on the ground in eight games. Green Bay's loss to the Cleveland Browns back on Sept. 21 was the only time in 2025 so far in which Jacobs has not scored a rushing TD.
In the last five games, the veteran back has 354 rushing yards and nine rushing scores. He also caught four of his five targets in the passing game for 13 yards in Sunday's 16-13 loss to Carolina. Jacobs has gone over 100 scrimmage yards in three straight games. Despite a tough upcoming matchup in Week 10 against the Philadelphia Eagles, Jacobs will remain a must-start RB in fantasy football.
Verdict: Buy at fair price or hold
Ricky Pearsall, WR, 49ers

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said that wide receiver Ricky Pearsall's (knee) return timeline "remains fuzzy," per Matt Barrows of The Athletic. Shanahan said that Pearsall will be evaluated in the middle of the week to see whether he can return to practice as the team begins preparations for a big Week 10 divisional contest against the Los Angeles Rams this weekend. Pearsall has not played or practiced since spraining his PCL in the Week 4 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, and while the Niners aren't counting him out to return this Sunday, a "fuzzy" timeline shouldn't make fantasy managers optimistic that the former first-rounder will play against the Rams.
And if Pearsall does suit up in Week 10, he'll likely be on some sort of snap count, which would make him a big risk in starting fantasy lineups. If Pearsall doesn't play this Sunday, his next chance to return would be in Week 11 for another divisional tilt against the Arizona Cardinals.
Verdict: Buy ultra-low if possible
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught eight of his nine targets for 129 yards in Sunday night's 38-14 win over the Washington Commanders. Smith-Njigba continues his historic season with his fourth straight game recording at least 120 receiving yards. The 23-year-old superstar joined Hall of Famer Isaac Bruce as the only players under age 25 with 900 or more receiving yards in the first eight games of a season.
His connection with quarterback Sam Darnold has been lethal and has helped lead the Seattle Seahawks to a 6-2 record. Seattle's passing volume is not high, but JSN has consolidated all of the targets and has fully ascended to superstar status. Smith-Njigba will remain a top-three fantasy option in Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals.
Verdict: Although unlikely, JSN is worth buying at a premium price
