Who Should I Start for Fantasy Football Week 14? Davante Adams, DK Metcalf, Jordan Addison

Davante Adams - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Who should I start for Week 14? Fantasy football outlooks for Davante Adams, DK Metcalf, Jordan Addison. Our expert fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks.

It's Week 14 of the fantasy football season, and we've come a long way. It's time to make a final push for the fantasy playoffs, and we're back with more start/sit picks for this week's games.

In this article we'll be taking a look at three wide receivers who are widely owned, and widely-known household names - Davante Adams, DK Metcalf, and Jordan Addison.

Are they safe bets for Week 14 lineups, or should managers think about sitting them in a crucial week? Let's take a closer look, and help you make those winning decisions.

Should I Start Davante Adams for Fantasy Football?

New York Jets wide receiver Davante Adams has had uneven production since joining the team. In six games, he's finished as a top-20 fantasy receiver just twice, though he enters this week with 66 or more receiving yards in three of the past four games.

Adams also has double-digit targets in three of the last four contests. His high target share gives him a strong fantasy floor, even with the fact that he has to contend with the play of quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who doesn't look at all like his old self.

Adams is a low-end WR2 option in Week 14 against the Miami Dolphins.

Should I Start DK Metcalf for Fantasy Football?

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf has been getting targets and yards lately, but it hasn't translated to fantasy success.

Despite three games in a row with at least 59 receiving yards, Metcalf's best fantasy finish in that stretch is as WR32 because he hasn't found the end zone and has averaged just 5.0 receptions per game in the span.

He's a low-end WR2 option in Week 14 against the Arizona Cardinals, assuming he plays, as he has been limited in practice with a shoulder issue.

Should I Start Jordan Addison for Fantasy Football?

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison's last two weeks have been polar opposites, showcasing his volatility as a fantasy option.

In Week 12, he caught eight passes for 162 yards and a touchdown, finishing as the overall WR1. Then, against Arizona last week, he was the WR47, catching four passes for 54 yards.

Overall, Addison has 50-plus receiving yards in three consecutive games. With an enticing matchup against the Falcons on tap this week, Addison is a high-upside WR3 play.
