Tua Tagovailoa - Week 2 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks

Tua Tagovailoa - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Tua Tagovailoa fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 2 (2024). Should you start or sit Tua Tagovailoa for fantasy football lineups?

BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues

POSITIONAL VALUE: QB1

ANALYSIS: Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa had a solid Week 1 showing, throwing for 338 yards and one touchdown in the team's 20-17 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1. Those numbers helped Tagovailoa finish as the QB9 on the week. However, he has a tougher matchup in store in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills limited Kyler Murray to only 14.2 fantasy points last week, and Tagovailoa has struggled to put up solid fantasy numbers against the Bills in his career. Over his last four matchups versus Buffalo's defense, the Dolphins quarterback is averaging just 13.5 fantasy points per game. In three of those four contests, he failed to score above 15 fantasy points.

So, Tagovailoa could be in for a subpar fantasy day in Week 2. Still, he is a solid QB1 option for fantasy managers in most 12-plus team leagues this week in a game that should feature a lot of points.

Wide Receivers Start 'Em and Sit 'Em Picks

The running back position is quite interesting in championship week. Any starting RB as well as a handful of RB2s should be considered for starting lineups. Even the "lower-tier" starting RBs can be quite valuable for fantasy teams. We just saw Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard, who was one of the biggest draft busts […]
