Taysom Hill's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 14 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit tight end Taysom Hill for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues (If Healthy)
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE1
ANALYSIS: Taysom Hill is on pace to have the best season of his career and has helped the Saints tremendously in what has been a very tough season for them.
Many analysts picked them as the clear winners of the NFC South in the preseason, but they are now third in the division with a 5-7 record. So you can bet that they've needed every single one of Hill's 575 yards from scrimmage and his five total touchdowns.
The Saints need to win against the lowly Panthers this week, but things could get difficult as Hill is struggling with some injuries. The same also goes for QB Derek Carr. If Hill can play, however, he'll find a lot of ways to make his presence felt.
The Panthers are surprisingly good at defending the pass, but Hill could exploit their terrible rushing defense (ranked 23rd) by making some plays on the ground. If he plays and Carr doesn't, he'll also have the potential to throw some passes alongside Jameis Winston, which could boost his numbers even more. If he's healthy and out there, he's still a TE1.
