Tank Dell fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 2 (2024). Should you start or sit Tank Dell for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR5 with WR4 upside
ANALYSIS: Tank Dell had a slow start to his season on Sunday, as he only accumulated three receptions for 40 yards (he also added two rushes for 19 yards). That performance was good for 8.90 fantasy points (PPR), and he finished as the overall WR49.

Now, on an offense much more loaded with playmakers, it may be hard for him to repeat his 2023 success.
For example, last year, Dell was Houston’s WR2 behind Nico Collins, and the team was one of the most pass-heavy offenses in the league. This year, the Texans added receiver Stefon Diggs and running back Joe Mixon, who will take away some snaps and targets from Dell. Diggs and Mixon combined for three touchdowns in Week 1, while Collins and Dell had none.
The chemistry that Dell built with Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud won’t go unnoticed, and he is simply too talented of a player to have no fantasy impact. Although he may not make your starting lineup in shallow leagues, consider slotting him into a flex spot in larger, deeper leagues, mainly where you have two flex spots open.
