Should I start or sit Jake Elliott for fantasy football in Week 11 (2024)? Read our fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks and fantasy lineup recommendations.
BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: K2
ANALYSIS: Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott is just the 26th ranked kicker on Sleeper this season. He simply does not attempt enough field goals to be fantasy relevant on a week-to-week basis. There are several reasons for this. For starters, his accuracy hasn't been great -- he's converted on just 80% of his kicks this season.

His struggles with long distance kicks could lead the team to prefer to punt in those situations going forward. Another factor in his low fantasy output is the team's ability to score touchdowns and convert in the red zone. Philly is 10th in the league in red zone TD scoring percentage, which takes away from Elliott's ability to earn more points.
There are simply so many that have fared better than the Eagles' kicker this season that it doesn't make much sense to start him, especially when many can likely be found in free agency or on waivers.
