ANALYSIS: It was an impressive opening game for Rice against the Baltimore Ravens defense. He finished with a 7-103 effort on 9 targets and finished as the PPR WR16 for the week. The only thing missing from this performance was a touchdown. Still, this was exactly what gamers hoped to see as he picked up right where he left off as a rookie.

The Chiefs have a Week 2 date against the Cincinnati Bengals, and we have every reason to believe Rice will remain Kansas City’s top receiver and continue to rack up targets and receptions thanks to his role in this offense.
Rice is emerging as Patrick Mahomes WR1. That position has been a cash cow for fantasy football players over the years. Gamers have every reason to be excited for the sophomore receiver.
