MLB Home Run Player Prop Bets Today: Best Hitter HR Props (4/21/2026)

Jose Ramirez - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Doug's best MLB player prop bets for today (4/21/2026). Bet his home run props (HR props) and win money betting on MLB player props, including Jose Ramirez and others.

It’s Tuesday night, and you know what that means! We’ve got another 15-game slate on our hands, and there are so many opportunities to bet home run props. We’ve got games at some of the best hitting parks in the league, and we are going to take full advantage.

This is a funky slate with few superstar pitchers on the mound, but also relatively few gas cans. There also aren’t many BvP situations to take advantage of, like Dansby Swanson last night against Aaron Nola, meaning we will focus more on platoon splits to get us where we need to go. Don’t be afraid to throw together a total bases hedge to help manage expectations. There’s no shame in a double-up as you try to chase the big money.

Below, you'll read about my favorite home run props from MLB games on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The current odds given reflect the best price as of the publication, but remember to always shop around at other sportsbooks so you can get more value on your wagers. Odds can vary significantly from one sportsbook to another.

MLB Prop Bets - Today's Home Run Prop Picks (4/21/2026)

Jose Ramirez OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+452 Novig)

If you just look at his .229 AVG for the season, you may think that I’m nuts for recommending Jose Ramirez, but that would ignore just how hot he’s been over the past eight days. Since April 11, Ramirez has a .367 AVG, a .900 SLG, and a .533 ISO. He’s crushing the ball, hitting five longballs over his prior nine games heading into action on Monday night. The 54% Hard% that Ramirez has put up in these nine games shows just how hard the ball is coming off his bat.

Tonight, he’s facing Ryan Weiss, who has allowed at least one home run in each of his previous three starts. Overall, Weiss has given up four home runs in just 14.2 innings, a 2.5 H/9. Against left-handed bats, Weiss has surrendered a .514 SLG and 41.7 Hard%. He’s also not keeping the ball on the ground, allowing 12 fly balls compared to just nine ground balls over his past three games (8.2 innings).

Weiss averages under three innings per start, so Ramirez may only get one shot at him, but once he’s pulled, he will turn the ball over to the worst bullpen in the majors, having allowed 22 home runs and compiling a 5.88 ERA. JRam will get at least four good hacks to put one over the fence. If you want to get super freaky, parlay a Ramirez home run with a steal (he leads the AL).
