Zyhir Hope Stuffs the Stat Sheet on Wednesday
Zyhir Hope went 3-for-5 with two RBI, two runs scored, and a stolen base on Wednesday for High-A Great Lakes. The former 11th-round draft pick is coming off a strong showing in 2024, and together with the start he got off to this season, he shot up MLB.com's latest prospect rankings 21 spots to No. 45 overall. The Dodgers' third-ranked prospect is riding a six-game hit streak, during which time he's gone 10-for-24 (.417), pushing his season-long slash line to .300/.383/.506 with seven home runs (second-most in the Midwest League) and five steals through 46 games. Look for a promotion to Double-A in the coming weeks, and with good hit, power, and run tools, he'll be a future fantasy producer, so dynasty managers should be paying close attention to his progress.
