Zack Gelof Enjoying Strong Spring
9 months agoOakland Athletics second baseman Zack Gelof continued his strong Cactus League in Tuesday's victory against the Seattle Mariners. The 24-year-old went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer, his fourth of the spring. Gelof now has eight RBI with a .412 batting average over 34 at-bats. One of the stars of the second for fantasy managers in 2023, Gelof hit .267 with 14 dingers, 32 RBI and 14 stolen bases in 69 games in his rookie season. Entering 2024, Gelof will enter as the teams starting second baseman and provide managers with the potential of a top-10 second baseman. There should be some regression in the batting average department for the second baseman, but he has true 20-20 potential. As of now his ADP is 152, but given his position and dominant spring, that number can rise as we get closer to the start of the season.
