5 years agoColorado Rockies first baseman Yonder Alonso had his contract purchased from Triple-A on Tuesday. Alonso hit .178/.275/.301 with the White Sox before being designated for assignment by the team recently. The Rockies have recalled Alonso after he was crushing the ball in the minors. He'll basically be a bench bat for the team, so he won't have much fantasy value at all.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
