St. Louis Blues right wing Vladimir Tarasenko finished Wednesday's 4-3 shootout loss against the Chicago Blackhawks with a goal and a power-play assist to garner the night's second-star honors. He also contributed with a blocked shot and a hit in his 20:07 of ice time across 25 shifts. Tarasenko has registered four goals and eight points with a plus-seven rating across the past nine outings, and he has been even or positive in the plus/minus rating department in each of his past 14 outings dating back to Feb. 21 in Dallas. Next up for the playoff-bound Blues are games against the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday and a matinee game against the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday to wrap up the regular season.--Daniel Dobish
