Forward Vincent Trocheck was traded to the Carolina Hurricanes for forwards Erik Haula and Lucas Wallmark as well as prospects Eetu Luostarinen and Chase Priskie. Regularly deployed as Florida's second-line center, the assumption is that Trocheck will fill a similar role in Carolina. Where Trocheck lines up exactly will go a long way to determining his fantasy value going forward, but something to keep an eye on is his power-play usage. Trocheck is on a nearly identical point pace as last season, 0.62 points per game compared to 0.65 points per game, but his power-play production has fallen off from 13 points to only 5, and he is on pace for his lowest power-play production in the last five seasons.
