Second-round picks are slowly starting to sign this week with training camps across the league starting this week and next week. The 33rd Team's Ari Meirov writes that the big x-factor is believed to be New Orleans Saints rookie quarterback Tyler Shough, who was drafted 40th overall in April. Shough is pushing for a fully guaranteed deal, and if he gets it, it could be a game-changer for the five picks in the second round in front of him, who are believed to be waiting to see how it plays out. Shough has a real chance to win the starting QB job for the Saints in his first year, so the team probably doesn't want him to miss any time in training camp. Saints players are scheduled to report to camp next Tuesday. The 25-year-old's primary competition is Spencer Rattler after Derek Carr's abrupt retirement this offseason. If Shough wins the job, he'll likely be more of a game manager with minimal fantasy upside as a low-end QB2.--Keith Hernandez
