3 years agoNew Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton said that quarterback Trevor Siemian will be the team's starting QB for the second straight week in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans. Of course, the Saints will still have some special offensive packages for quarterback Taysom Hill, too. Siemian held his own in the Week 9 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, going 25-for-41 for 249 yards and two touchdowns. He'll be facing a Titans defense that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to QBs this season, but they've been much better of late, and Siemian could be without star running back Alvin Kamara (knee) in this one. Siemian isn't the worst emergency low-end QB2 option in superflex leagues, but he also doesn't come with much upside.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
