6 months agoTampa Bay Rays designated hitter Tommy Pham is out of the lineup on Tuesday against the Rangers as he deals with an elbow/forearm strain. Tampa Bay Times writer Marc Topkins reports that manager Kevin Cash expects Pham to return to the lineup on Wednesday possibly as the left fielder but at the very least as the designated hitter. The Rays will turn to rookie Nate Lowe to fill in for Pham, and he will bat cleanup for Tampa Bay against the Rangers.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
