2 years agoWashington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie (upper body) is expected to be ready for the team's season opener on Wednesday against Boston, but he has yet to receive medical clearance. Oshie was hurt in a preseason game earlier in the week and it left his status for the Bruins game uncertain. However, he was a full participant in Sunday's practice, and that's a great sign that the veteran forward is back healthy again. Oshie has remained a fairly popular fantasy piece, although he's had various health issues in recent years and managed to skate in just 44 games last season. Having finished with 11 goals and 14 assists, Oshie averaged just 0.31 points per game last term and fantasy managers will definitely want to see more from him.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
