Scottie Scheffler has withdrawn from The Sentry and is expected to miss multiple weeks with a hand injury. Scheffler, currently the top-ranked player in the Official World Golf Rankings, suffered a puncture wound to his right hand while preparing Christmas dinner. The injury required surgery to remove glass fragments, according to Scheffler's manager, Blake Smith. The 28-year-old was a dominant force in the world of golf last season, winning seven times. While he won't be in the field at Kapalua for the first PGA Tour event of 2025, Scheffler is expected to make a full recovery and hopes to be back in action for The American Express tournament in mid-January.--Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
