Last summer, Ryan Preece had one of the scariest crashes happen in recent memory at Daytona International Speedway. The NASCAR Cup Series is back at that same track this weekend for the season-opening Daytona 500, and many people have to be wondering whether that wreck is weighing on Preece's mind at all. That doesn't seem to be the case. "Honestly, I look at this race or this track no different than I did a year ago," Preece stated. "As a racer... I'm numb to these things. Getting in the race car and having that happen? Crappy deal. I was pissed off more that we had such a fast race car and wasn't able to finish the race." Preece starts from 25th for this year's Daytona 500 in his No. 41 Ford for Stewart-Haas Racing. He has three top-10 finishes in eight career points-paying starts at Daytona.--Jordan McAbee
