Ricky Stenhouse Jr. A Nice Sleeper DFS Play For New Hampshire
4 years agoJTG-Daugherty Racing's Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will start from the 31st position in Sunday's Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Since finishing as the runner-up at Talladega, Stenhouse has had horrible luck. Between him and his teammate, Ryan Preece, one of them has somehow finished in dead last, in four straight races. At Kansas, it was an electrical issue that knocked out Stenhouse before the end of the first stage. Stenhouse doesn't have the greatest record at NHMS, with just two top-10 finishes in 12 career starts. However, his average running position tends to be somewhere around 20th-place, and he has run a good percentage of laps inside the top-15. Stenhouse is very cheap in DFS for having a huge upside in position differential. After a brutal stretch of races, Stenhouse's luck is due to turn around. While it isn't expected that Stenhouse will jump 20 positions into the top-10, a quiet, solid day will make Stenhouse a decent lineup choice.
