11 months agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Rick Porcello pitched brilliantly in a 4-1 victory over the Yankees Friday. It took Porcello only 86 pitches to get through nine innings and he finished the game with nine strikeouts. The one hit was a solo shot by Miguel Andujar in the third inning. This was his third straight win and fifth in the last six games. Porcello will look to keep his dominance going in his next outing against the Blue Jays.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
