The Pittsburgh Penguins have acquired center Mikael Granlund from the Nashville Predators in exchange for a second-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft. Granlund is in the second season of a four-year, $20 million contract that he signed in July of 2021, and the 31-year-old has totaled nine goals and 27 assists through 58 games this season. Granlund's addition gives the team another quality player to help them in the push for a playoff spot, and the forward can be rostered in deeper formats as the Penguins rank 13th in the league in goals scored.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
