5 years agoNew England Patriots owner Robert Kraft said on Thursday on NFL Network that he's still hoping that tight end Rob Gronkowski will unretire and rejoin the team this year. "We all love Gronk, and I think the bottom line is he hasn’t put his retirement papers in. So we can always pray and hope," Kraft said. "There is hope for us still with Gronk." For what it's worth, Gronkowski hasn't exactly closed the door on returning, but he's running out of time for that to happen this year. New England has been using a combination of Matt LaCosse and Ryan Izzo so far this year, but Gronk would obviously be a huge upgrade over those two.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
