6 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas will have an excellent matchup when the Saints open up the season at home against the Buccaneers. Thomas is coming off of a season where he caught 104 passes for 1,245 yards and five touchdowns. He will go up against a Buccaneers secondary that allowed the most receiving yards (2,873) to opposing receivers in 2017. In two games against Tampa Bay last season, Thomas racked up 14 receptions for 161 yards. It is hard to get a read on defenses this early in the season but recent history slots Thomas in the WR1 conversation for Week 1.--Joey C - RotoBaller
