5 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Max Scherzer (back) has a chance to make his next scheduled start against the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday. Scherzer continues to be sidelined due to a mild strain of his rhomboid muscle. He was able to go through a cardio workout on Sunday, so that's a good sign. However, it doesn't look too promising that he'll start Tuesday, unless he's able to get in a bullpen session before then. Fantasy owners should prepare to be without Scherzer for at least one more start.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
