Edmonton Oilers center prospect Matt Savoie is set to make his team debut on Saturday afternoon against the Philadelphia Flyers. Savoie logged one NHL game last season with the Buffalo Sabres. During his brief taste of the NHL, Savoie logged just under four minutes of ice time and did not get on the scoresheet. However, the former ninth overall selection in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft has been very productive at the AHL level. Across 45 contests, he has tallied 37 points, which puts him third in rookie scoring and only two behind Ville Koivunen of the Pittsburgh Penguins, who holds the top spot. Fantasy managers should expect Savoie to skate alongside Leon Draisaitl during 5-on-5 play, making him an intriguing streaming candidate in deeper formats.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerRead More News
