Luke Keaschall Activated and Starting for Twins on Tuesday
Luke Keaschall (forearm) was activated from the 60-day injured and will start at second base and bat fifth on Tuesday against the division-rival Detroit Tigers and right-hander Chris Paddack at Comerica Park. Keaschall will join the big-league squad after being out since late April with a forearm fracture. The 22-year-old right-handed hitter only played in seven games at the big-league level with the Twins earlier this year before his injury, going 7-for-19 with two RBI, four runs scored and five stolen bases. The former second-rounder out of Arizona State has the ability to hit for average and power while getting on base frequently and stealing bases, and he should get plenty of run the rest of the 2025 season with the Twins looking to rebuild.
