It was a bit of a surprise that Louis Oosthuizen was going to compete at the 3M right after the British Open. The South African golfer shot -11 through two rounds and led most of the championship before Collin Morikawa surged past him on Sunday. Yes, it was another final day where things did not go well. However, Oosthuizen finished second at the US Open and figures to contend on an "easier" course in Minnesota. Overall, he has five top-ten results in his last six tournaments entered. His putter failed in the final round but this is the top putter overall with more than one stroke gained. The numbers trend toward contention and possibly even winning the 3M. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
