Laviska Shenault Jr. Ruled Out Against Green Bay
4 years agoJacksonville Jaguars rookie wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) has been officially ruled out for Week 10 against the Packers. Shenault got in limited practices earlier this week, but fantasy managers won't have him available this weekend. The 22-year-old from Colorado caught a touchdown in his first NFL game in Week 1 and had some useful performances early in the season, but he's slowed down of late, hauling in just seven receptions for 53 yards in his last three games. He was shaping up as a risky WR4/flex in deeper leagues this weekend with rookie quarterback Jake Luton making his second career start. Shenault's absence will mean more targets for D.J. Chark Jr. and Keelan Cole, with Chris Conley also seeing more playing time in three-wide sets.
