Kyle Seager Having Awful Second Half
6 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager is slashing only .177/.226/.339 in 124 at-bats since the All-Star break. The veteran is having perhaps his worst season as a pro, posting current lows in hitting, slugging and on-base percentage. He currently is on pace for 24 home runs and 86 runs batted in this season but 2018 certainly has been a disappointment for the typically consistent slugger. He currently has an unsightly .248 BABIP and carries a 114/30 K/BB ratio. Seager will have one more month to finish up the season strong.
