Pittsburgh Penguins winger Kasperi Kapanen recorded an assist on a Brandon Tanev goal in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to Boston, reaching 20 points for the season. The 24-year-old has really picked it up this month with six assists and four goals in nine outings. Pittsburgh was without Jared McCann (upper body) and Teddy Blueger (upper body) on Tuesday, and Kapanen's linemate Evgeni Malkin (lower body) left early, so they badly need the Finnish winger to maintain his form. If Malkin is out for an extended period, Kapanen also has to prove that he can be productive without the Russian center, who has been red-hot lately. The Penguins start a three-game set against New Jersey next.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
