Houston Texans veteran linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill asked for and was granted his release on Wednesday. Grugier-Hill has recorded 40 tackles (30 solo) in six games with the Texans this year and leaves the organization ranking first (20) and second (18) in franchise history in tackles in a single game. The 28-year-old former sixth-round pick of the New England Patriots in 2016 out of Eastern Illinois had a career-high 108 tackles (71 solo), 13 tackles for loss, five QB hits, an interception, three passes defensed, two forced fumbles and three sacks in 14 starts in his first year in Houston last season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
