5 years agoThe Miami Dolphins placed running back Kalen Ballage (leg) on season-ending Injured Reserve on Tuesday and claimed running back Zach Zenner off waivers from the Cardinals in a corresponding move. With Ballage now out for the final four games, it should be a combination of rookies Patrick Laird and Myles Gaskin in Miami's backfield the rest of the way, with Zenner merely providing depth. With the fantasy playoffs kicking off in Week 14 in most leagues, we wouldn't recommend relying on the Dolphins inexperience committee approach the rest of the way. Ballage had 74 carries for 135 yards (1.8 yards per carry) and three touchdowns in 12 games this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
