Jordan Reed Won't Play Against Cowboys
5 years agoWashington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 2 against the Cowboys. Reed missed practice on Friday and will miss his second straight game to begin the season. At this point, it's almost hard to justify keeping Reed on your roster, as he'll be an injury risk of a TE2 if he's ever active for the 'Skins. Vernon Davis, who had a touchdown in the season opener, will function as the primary pass-catching tight end again and will have TE2 streaming appeal against a Dallas defense that was gashed by Evan Engram in Week 1.
