7 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid erupted for a game-high 29 points on Saturday, shooting 9-for-23 from the field with one triple in his 34 minutes. Embiid had the task of fighting off DeAndre Jordan on the boards in this one, but still came down with a team-high 16 rebounds in the win. He left no category untouched against the Clippers and added two assists, one steal and three blocks on the night. Embiid is a beast, and now that the back-to-back restrictions have been lifted, owners can expect early round value going forward. We look forward to watching him take advantage of the depleted Knickerbockers on Monday.--Matthew Thomas
