8/16:Washington Nationals pitcher Joe Ross (elbow) is starting a minor league rehab assignment on Thursday with High-A Potomac. Ross had Tommy John surgery about a year ago. The Nationals could use another starter for the rotation, and Ross seems like a likely candidate to get some starts if all goes well with his rehab. Depending on matchups, he could be a viable streaming candidate later in August.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
