4 years agoCincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said that running back Joe Mixon (foot) is doubtful to play in Week 10 against the division-rival Steelers. Mixon was held out of practice on Friday for precautionary reasons and he hasn't practiced all week. the 24-year-old has been out since Week 6 with a right foot injury and should be removed from all starting fantasy lineups. Giovani Bernard is in line to be the team's primary back once again this Sunday. Despite the tough matchup against one of the best defenses in the league in Pittsburgh, Bernard would be a borderline RB2 with a full complement of touches. In the two games in which Bernard has been Cincy's lead back with Mixon sidelined, he has 28 carries for 99 yards and one touchdown and has also caught eight passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns against Cleveland and Tennessee.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
