5 months agoPhiladelphia 76ers shooting guard/small forward Jimmy Butler will be absent from Saturday’s contest versus the Dallas Mavericks due to an illness. It will mark Butler’s second straight game on the sidelines as he comes under criticism for reportedly voicing his displeasure in the current offense with head coach Brett Brown. With Wilson Chandler also ruled out, Furkan Korkmaz and Jonah Bolden will enter the starting five, with the former looking like a strong DFS play, with T.J. McConnell looming as a punt option as well. Butler’s next chance to take the court comes Tuesday versus the Washington Wizards.--Jesse Borek - RotoBaller
