Jeremy Kerley Lining Up In Slot
7 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Jeremy Kerley has been lining up as the first-team slot receiver during organized team activities as the second wideout behind Kelvin Benjamin. His primary sources of competition will likely come from rookies Ray-Ray McCloud and Austin Proehl. Zay Jones remains out with injury, so Kerley could be a sleeper in deeper leagues if he sees heavy targets in this offense. There's no reason to believe the Bills would replace Kerley on the first-team offense before training camp. The 29-year-old did have a career-high 64 catches for 667 yards and three touchdowns with the Niners in 2016, but Buffalo's QB situation might be his biggest obstacle.
