Houston Texans rookie wide receiver Jayden Higgins has seen at least seven targets in three straight games, cracking double-digit fantasy points in half-PPR formats twice in that stretch while finishing no lower than WR28. With that recent success coming on the receiving end of passes from Davis Mills, it remains to be seen if Higgins can maintain the same level of success following the return of quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion), who continues to work through the league's concussion protocol and was a full participant at Wednesday's practice. Higgins, however, topped a 13% target share in two of Stroud's last three fully healthy games, and the Texans face a Colts defense in Week 13 that has given up the fifth most fantasy points above expectation to the wide receiver position. With Higgins finding the endzone in three of his last five games, he has earned flex consideration regardless of who is under center.--Patrick McGrath
