9 months agoPhiladelphia Flyers forward James Van Riemsdyk picked up another goal in Monday night's 3-1 victory over the Winnipeg Jets. The 29-year-old sealed the deal in this one with an insurance marker late in the third period. With the tally, Van Riemsdyk has now recorded at least one goal in five of his past six contests and has seven goals over that span. After missing more than a month due to injury early in the campaign, the New Jersey native all of the sudden has 23 points (13 goals, 10 assists) in 33 games in his second stint in a Flyers uniform. Considering Van Riemsdyk potted 36 goals just one year ago, it's not unreasonable to think that the 10-year NHL veteran could continue to find the back of the net throughout the rest of the second half. With the Flyers set to play three more games in a slow week around the NHL, fantasy owners might want to see if Van Riemsdyk can continue to roll along.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
