7 months agoFlorida Panthers goaltender James Reimer grabbed his 12th win of the season in his team's 3-2 overtime defeat of the Buffalo Sabres on Friday. Reimer wasn't overly busy in this one but did his job when needed to, turning aside 22 of 24 shots against in the victory. Having assumed the starting role due to another injury to Roberto Luongo, the 30-year-old has posted one of the best winning percentages in the entire league (.750) through his 16 starts. Fantasy owners will need Reimer's season-long numbers to improve (3.25 goals-against average, .895 save percentage) but he's surely getting enough production from the players in front of him thus far. With the Panthers finishing up a back-to-back on Saturday, Reimer will likely be back in the cage against the Bruins on Tuesday--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
