Jacoby Brissett Expected To Start Sunday
5 years agoIndianapolis Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett (knee) went through a full practice on Wednesday, according to head coach Frank Reich. Barring a setback, Brissett will return to game action in Week 11 against the Colts after sitting out the Week 10 loss to the Dolphins. He's dealing with a sprained MCL in his left knee, but the Colts were cautious with him and held him out last week. The Jaguars Defense isn't as tough without Jalen Ramsey in their secondary, but Brissett will be more of a low-end QB2 at likely less than 100 percent if he plays. Expect this run-first offense to continue to lean on Marlon Mack moving forward. Brissett could also be without top receiver T.Y. Hilton (calf) for another week.
