New York Islanders goaltender Ilya Sorokin stopped 34-of-36 shots on goal in Tuesday's 3-2 victory against the Hurricanes in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference first-round series. Sorokin surrendered even-strength goals in the second and third period while keeping the Hurricanes from scoring on each of their four power-play chances in the contest.
