The Middleweight Bout between Ian Heinisch and Gerald Meerschaert is back on for the UFC 250 Prelims on Saturday night. After one of Heinisch's cornermen tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday, the fight was called off, with Meerschaert squaring off against Anthony Ivy as the potential replacement. However, a subsequent test revealed that the initial assessment was a false positive, and so the fight is now back on. "The Hurricane" is looking to get back on track after losing his last two fights via decision, while "GM3", a Roufusport kickboxer and BJJ black belt, is coming off a submission victory over former Olympic freestyle wrestler Deron Winn. This one could easily end up going all three rounds in a bout that could feature plenty of submission attempts, takedowns, and significant strikes for both combatants, with the slight edge going to Meerschaert due to his submission prowess. --Dennis Clausen - RotoBallerRead More News
